SO, I PLACED MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?
Please allow up to 3 business days to process an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your proximity to our fulfillment center in North Carolina. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 10 business days before that time.
You can find your tracking number by checking your shipment notification email.
For Goodness Socks cannot be responsible for missing, stolen, and damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
BUYER’S REMORSE?
We are sorry that you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processed, we are not able to make changes to it. If it has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order so that you may place a new order with the correct items. Please email us at sockmaster@forgoodnesssocks.com for more help.
THIS JUST ISN’T WORKING OUT
That’s okay. It’s cool. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items purchased on forgoodnesssocks.com. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. To get started on your return, please click on the link below to locate your order and print a shipping label:
Once your return is delivered, it typically takes 3-5 business days for our warehouse to receive and inspect your return. Refunds and Exchanges will NOT be processed until items are returned and inspected by our warehouse. After passing inspection, a refund minus applicable shipping costs will be issued to the original form of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow another 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please allow for another 7-14 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card. We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
WHAT MAKES FGS SO SPECIAL?
Golden Fleece! Well, not exactly. We were unable to procure yarn from the mythical, golden-woolled, winged ram, Chrysomallos, so we settled on Gossypium, or what many commonly refer to as cotton. Despite not being the regal fiber of ancient myth, we think your feet will still enjoy the softness and durability only natural cotton can provide.
Our near-mythical, cause-specific socks are designed and developed in Minneapolis, Minnesota by our female founders. Our designs highlight some of the most serious social issues affecting the world today with reverence, irreverence, care, compassion, and sometimes humor.
In our epic quest to reduce our environmental footprint, we partnered with a family-owned, North Carolina-based textile mill just as committed to producing quality products and eco-friendly knitting practices as we are. Our yarns are domestically sourced, and our packaging is intentionally minimal, not plastic, and our shipping mailers are both recyclable and made from 100% recycled content.
WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
We only donate to top-rated charities to maximize the effectiveness of each and every dollar available for contribution. Some charities may be local. Some may be global. All are ethical and efficient. As funds are donated, each charity will be listed on our website.
